Can I make changes or cancel my online order?

Once the order is submitted and begins processing, we are not able to make changes to the order. This includes editing shipping addresses and any order information.

Can I change the style or color after an order is placed?

We are unable to make any product changes to an existing order. Please contact us for any additional questions.

When is my order shipped?

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days after they are placed. Orders placed before 11am ET are shipped same day. We use UPS Mail Innovations and UPS to handle the domestic shipping of Timex.com orders. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Standard

What if I place an order and Timex.com doesn't have it in stock?

If we are unable to fulfill your order you will be notified via email of the cancellation. We do not capture any funds from the credit card until the item has shipped, so any "charges" you see on your bank statement are authorization holds. Dependi

How can I find my order number?

Once you placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email which will provide your order number. It starts with TUS followed by numbers. By using this link, you can further track your order.

When will this product be re-stocked?

Depending on the item, some may take 2-4 weeks to replenish. You may want to sign up for the "Notify Me" option or subscribe to our newsletter to get the latest updates on new releases and restocks.
