What is a Timex pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve a Timex watch before it is in stock. We’ll keep you updated on estimated shipping dates, and you’ll have access to a self-serve portal where you can check or update your details anytime before your order ships.

What happens to my payment while I wait?
Your payment is securely held until your Timex watch is ready to ship. If you decide to cancel before shipping, your money is always available for a full refund.
Will I be notified if the shipping date changes?
Yes. If the estimated shipping date changes, you’ll automatically receive an email update. You can also log into your self-serve portal anytime to check the current estimated ship date.
Can I update my shipping address?
Yes. You can update your shipping details directly in the self-serve portal here:. www.timex.com/pages/manage-pre-orders. After making updates, you’ll receive a new confirmation email.
Can I update my email address?

What if I need to cancel my pre-order?
You may cancel anytime before your order ships. Simply log into the self-serve portal at:. www.timex.com/pages/manage-pre-orders. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. No card details are stored or held by Timex. All transactions are encrypted using the latest industry-standard security protocols.
How will my refund be processed?
Refunds are issued back to the debit or credit card used at checkout. Depending on your bank, this typically takes 3–5 business days.
Can I pre-order this watch outside of the US?
At the moment, pre-orders are only available through Timex US (timex.com) and can ship within the United States. We know how exciting these launches are, so if you’re outside the US, we recommend keeping an eye on your local Timex site or signing up
